I watch Spectrum on their website and the picture freezes with audio on select channels

I watch spectrum on the website and when I chose to watch Live TV, the picture is frozen but I hear the audio and the CC is still going. I close the window and open it back up but the picture stays frozen but the TV program has progressed forward. It only happens on 3 channels. I use Microsoft edge as my web browser. How can I fix this?

    Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our streaming app, I am happy to help! The app works in conjunction with your internet modem. Please sign out of the app, reboot the modem then sign back into the app. Let me know if this helps.
