Dolby Digital Problem?

I have attached my newly received ZUMO to my Yamaha surround sound system via HDMI and get nothing from the center channel when using the Spectrum App. On my Apple TV+, there is no problem. Even interchanged HDMI cables and the silence on the center channel continued when connected to a different input using a different cable.

I ran the auto sound configuration test on the Yamaha receiver and the center channel is working.

Thank you for any help and/or suggestions.

    At this time the Spectrum TV app only support stereo audio. We'll be happy to forward feedback about supporting Dolby Digital and other audio formats.

    That would be great, thank you. Also, please encourage the App Team to fix the App so that you can Pause, RW, FF Live TV, please?

    Cloud DVR access is not working now and these features aren’t working on recordings as well.
