WLP-4002 code for Spectrum Live web page

I accessed the website using Edge on a Windows PC, And it suddenly happened that I could not visit any channels. They all show the same message. I'm on my home network, and I can use different devices to visit/watch, even the Edge on different devices. I cleaned cookies, cache, and history. and restart the modem and that particular computer as well.

Non of them works. Any suggetions?

    BTW, watching On Demmand is ok, just the Live TV.


    Again, if I use a different browser on the same computer, it's fine. But if I uninstall the Edge and install it again, the issue/code remains the same.

    WLP-4002 is an authentication error. Can you try restarting the modem and let us know if the issue continues?

    I restarted the modem. It still doesn't work. Of note, I CAN use another computer or device to visit the live website, but not the computer that suddenly had issues. It happened to my other computer as well. For no reason, it just started showing the 4002 code. Then, I could not use that browser. Is there a way i need to do in the browser setting?

    Does it happen for all channels or just NBC?

    For ALL the channels. I restarted everything, and still doesn't work.

    Thanks. There is currently a known issue, recently reported, that is impacted web based services, including streaming Spectrum TV on web based platforms. Engineers are engaged and working to restore services as quickly as possible. We appreciate your patience.
