charter spectrum (urbana) set top box shows when turning on LG TV

I only have internet service, why would this notice appear on my LG TV when it is first turned on?

    Hit up the settings for that particular HDMI port on the TV with the TV OEM remote and see if the label for that HDMI port can be changed to what it should be on the fly as it may have simply randomly or alphabetically defaulted to what it's at. Otherwise share a photo of the effect as well as the specific model of the LG TV if you've a mind to.

    This is one of those software label bugs,

    Our old Samsung set, in the Smart TV Home Bar, sometimes showed "Cox" for the "Spectrum" label! Our state has no affiliation with Cox cable at all!
