Our spectrum account for our TV is not working properly.

We cannot obtain all of the channels provided by spectrum as of August 1st. I have been away on vacation only to find out the channels are not working.

    Welcome @Cd88391!

    Do a cold reboot of your box, which should download any needed updates. With everything powered off (box and TV) unplug your box for several minutes. Than plug your box back in and allow the box to reboot. This should restore all of your stations.

    Welcome: Are you at home on your home network? If you are not, some channels won't be accessible unless the channel/network allows it.
