Cannot receive nor send through my charter email account

I am no longer receiving my charter email nor able to send email under my charter account on my ipad pro. The last email I received from Charter was on June 19, 2024. I have checked, double checked and triple checked the settings. They are correct. What is going on?

    Hi & welcome!

    Are you able to access email through Spectrum webmail, or are you using an email client such as Outlook?
