I know how to FF. When I do it goes back to the start point. About ready to dump this and get back to the box. This is really ridiculous

Hey there! I am sorry you are experiencing an issue with the FF feature. Can you confirm if this is for a recorded show or live TV? If it is live TV, the feature may not be available through all networks. If it is a recorded show, different factors may be the cause. This can be the batteries within the remote need to be exchanged, the cable box needs to be rebooted, or Spectrum TV app, you may need to log out and log back in.
