Resuming Paused Programs

I stopped a baseball game in the bottom of the seventh inning and when I returned to the TV, I clicked on "resume." The game restarted in the second inning. This has happened multiple times with sports and news shows.

    Good Afternoon,

    Through what device are you watching TV? Cable Box/DVR?, Mobile? Are you watching the playback of a recording? Or On Demand? Was the game being recorded when you stopped it, or fully reordered, and you played it back?
