DGE-1001

I have installed Spectrum TV on my Android phone, S23 Ultra.

Spectrum TV is working on 3 other devices.

Have Managed WiFi. I have no access to a router or modem.

Upon loading the app, get a DGE-1001 error

I've un-installed and reinstalled. Turned off, turned on wi-fi on phone.

    Welcome to our community! There was a known issue with customers using our Spectrum TV app earlier tonight, but I show that it should be resolved now. Are you still getting an error message?
