Voicemail doesn't recognize my landline phone number

    Hello and Welcome to the Community!

    Is this a new install of Spectrum Voice (landline) service? If not, when did the problem start? Have you tried rebooting your modem? Does this affect incoming calls? Outgoing calls? Or both? Are you sure that Voicemail is activated on your Spectrum Voice account? Finally, what is the message that is heard, showing that Voicemail is not activated?
