Voice guidance

My xumo spectrum tv won’t stop using voice guidance, always telling me the volume level. I don’t want this. I double checked my settings and the voice guidance is turned off. What do I do?

    Hi & welcome!

    Have you tried restarting the Xumo to make sure the settings are fully cleared & reset?
