How can I recover my roadrunner email account?

I just spoke with a roadrunner agent on the sanddisk forum who informed me that my account was infected and therefore could not access it. He offered to fix it, but I had to subscribe to service. I declined. He suggested contacting Spectrum. Who can I contact at Spectrum? I suspect my account has been hacked.
