Spectrum TV App on Android Phone Will Not Stay Full Screen

Today I noticed the Spectrum TV App does not remain full screen on my Samsung Galaxy A20 phone. After a few minutes the screen shrinks onto my Home page & I have to manually enlarge it. Very annoying! Is it the app or my phone? I have installed the latest Spectrum TV App update.

    It did happen on another streaming app. I'll look into my phone settings. I disabled the picture in picture option. That keeps the Spectrum TV app open but still shrinks the picture & displays the TV listings. This happens when the phone is flat on a table. It seems to keep the full screen picture when the phone is resting almost vertically against something.

    It may be that your phone has auto rotate enabled, which with the slightest change, may flip from landscape to portrait view which will take it out of full screen. Try disabling it and see if it helps keep the app in full screen then let us know!
