All of my filters disappeared from the settings in Spectrum webmail. Why and how do I recover them?

    Thank you for your question. We are sorry to hear that your email rules have disappeared and would be glad to help. We've recently made some updated to our emailing system. In an effort to gain clarity and assist you further, can you please confirm the email platform you are using? Are you utilizing our webmail server or Outlook? If you are utilizing our server through Spectrum.net, please reference the following link to our email reference guide- https://www.spectrum.net/support/internet/email-quick-reference-guide .

    webmail.spectrum.net is what I'm using.

    Thank you for responding and providing that clarification. If you can, are you able to access the settings within the webmail platform and confirm if those rules are still listed for you?

    Hi, I just checked. All of my filters are still missing except for 1 one older one and a new one I added this .morning

    Hello @geofelen;

    I ran repairs on your mailbox to correct the account but it did not restore the old filters. This should prevent the mailbox from dropping the filters again but you will need to set them up again.
