Disney and Paramount not working

I was supposed to have Disney and Paramount with my new service for one year and sis not receive it, why not. Typical Charter / Spectrum

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties with the channels. I do show that you are entitled to the Paramount Network, which should be on channel 510. Is the channel not showing for you?

    If you are referring to the Paramount Plus inclusion, that is included with your package. It would be the Essentials version since you are not subscribed to Showtime as well, but you can visit the Paramount Plus provider page to link your Spectrum ID to a Paramount Plus account to use their app/site. If you already have a Paramount Plus subscription, you would need to cancel that subscription prior to linking it to your Spectrum ID.

    You are also entitled to the Disney Plus service. To activate that, you would need to log in to either the My Spectrum app or our Spectrum.net website. Once logged in, you will see a button at top of the page that says "Manage TV/Streaming" or you can click the Services option on the bar on the left and select the TV/Streaming tab. Once you are on that page, you will see a button with the Disney Plus logo. If you click "Start Activation" below that logo, it will allow you to link your Disney Plus account to your Spectrum ID to use the Disney Plus app and/or website.
