Inaccurate amount of recordings

My spectrum cloud dvr always shows 7 recordings when there are zero recordings. Technical support told me that it will reflect future recordings that are scheduled within 24 to 48 hours . However my dvr will still show an inaccurate amount of recordings when there are no scheduled recordings within 48 hours. Does anyone have a fix for this?

Hi @flybynight1, welcome to our community!

I'm sorry our cDVR isn't accurately reflecting the number of recordings you have. If you record something does that number go up by one, and then if you delete it does it go back down? Has it always done this or was it working correctly at some point?

yes the number will go up by one if there is a new recording, and it will also go down by one when deleted. However with no recordings the dvr indicates seven. I believe in the beginning it worked correctly, but shortly thereafter after started reflecting an inaccurate amount of recordings. Thanks.
