    I have the same issue as azure57. I have gone through trouble-shooting with Spectrum support and nothing fixes it. I can't watch or any of a lot of recordings (from many channels) on Apple TV, iPad or iPhone. This issue does not occur when I try to watch recordings on a Roku stick. In the past, often I couldn't watch a program until it was finished recording (intermittent problem) and series recordings get deleted, but this is a terrible problem that has pretty started in the last couple of weeks.

    FIX IT! It's clearly a problem with the Spectrum app for Apple devices.

    Thank you for reaching out to us about our Cloud DVR not working with your Apple products. Have you attempted to make sure that your tablet/devices are up to date with all recommended updates. Also, have you attempted to uninstall and reinstall the App yet? -Lyn
