why do "on demand" and recorded shows just stop during playback?

Hey there @MJB_123! Thank you for your post. I am sorry you are experiencing a playback issue while using on demand or rewatching a recorded show. At this time, I am not showing any reported issues with those features. If you are utilizing a cable DVR box, can you please attempt to reboot the equipment? You can do so by unplugging the device for 30 seconds. However, if you are using the Spectrum TV app on any streaming device and this is occurring, can you please verify the app is up to date. However, if it is up to date, you can delete and re-download the app and that should help. If further assistance is needed, please know we are here for you 24/7.
