streaming interruptions
Even though you state that our streaming on TV is supposed to be faster we are continually experiencing freezing, having to turn the TV off and back on to even load Netflix or other services. And most of the time all we get from Apple+ is a notification that we are not connected to the internet. We have to turn the TV on and off or reboot the router and still it works very inconsistently. Very seldom do we get to watch a movie or program on a streaming service without interruptions of this sort.

I do apologize for the issues with our service. If you have gone through the basic troubleshooting such as resetting the modem and router and it does not fix the issue a technician would be needed to come out.
