buffering issues

i aam set up on Zumu streaming, just the zumo box, no modem. all other apps work on my tv with no issue but the spectrum app(channels) only seem to work for about 30-40 min then it starts buffering. I havve to unplug the box and restart in order for spectrum channels to work. i have no issues watching spectrum on phone or computer but with the tv it sucks. the zumo box is sitting right by the tv. what is really frustrating is i am paying for movie channels but cannot watch an entire movie. i complained before and they sent me a new zumo box but still same issues. i can watch the zumo channel all day long with no issues but spectrum…????????? you really need to fix whatever the issue is. The package i have is part of my rent so i have no way to switch to a different provider.

    Welcome to our community! I'm sorry to hear about the issues with our app on your Xumo device. I was able to locate the account using your community registration. It looks like your complex is a part of our Community WiFi service. Our team doesn't have access to the specialized internet equipment for those accounts, so we're unable to check to see if there are any connection issues with the Xumo to the internet itself. If you reach out to our Community Support team by calling 855-895-5302, they would be able to take a look into things further for you.
