    Yes,

    The type of connection has no baring on the channels you receive or don't receive. The channels you get are determined by your subscribed package level and any optional premium channels you choose.

    The type of connection has nothing to do with the programing you get through that connection. However, will need an HDMI cable and an HDMI TV set for a high-definition experience. There's no workaround for that.
