MeTV Toons in Tampa/St Pete market

Any updates as to if/when spectrum will carry MeTV Toons in the Tampa area as they already have it on 1296 in the New York area and 189 in the Connecticut area? I know I can watch on Friendly or Philip but can’t dvr episodes when I’m not home
