Xumo re-entering password to network
with the new xumo box is there a way to set my internet password up for the network so I don't have to reenter my password every time xumo loses the network connection this has happened over five time since I got the box two weeks ago why doesn't remember the password like my laptop or my printer

Thank you for making us aware of the issue you are experiencing with your Xumo. We apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing for you. Once a Xumo device is connected to your home network, it should not disconnect unless it is unable to find a connection to connect to. Having said that, I was able to access your account via the email you used for registration on this platform. Are you able to reboot your Xumo, Modem and Netgear router? You can do so by unplugging the power cable to each device for 30 seconds. Once completed, this will walk you through the connection process again. If the problem persists after the reboot, please let us know.
