I get this error every time I attempt to set up cellular via the watch app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I am running the very latest version of iOS 18.3. I have completely wiped/reset my watch (twice) and it is also running the latest version of WatchOS.

That is basically it. I click setup. I get to the Spectrum login page. I put in the exact credentials I just used to login here. I get the message:

"The info you entered doesn't match our records. Please try again."

There is no way to continue.

I've google this extensively and can't really find many answers I guess, maybe support needs to add the watch id? Or maybe remove the phone and re-add it? No idea why this has been a problem for years as I am seeing posts on Reddit from 2022 with the exact same issue.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. Are you trying to active a new device on your account as an additional device or replacing an existing one?

    I'm having the exact same problem, but with a brand new Samsung phone and a brand new Samsung Watch Ultra.
