I hooked up my new xumo yesterday. Worked great last night

I hooked up my new xumo yesterday. Worked great last night however this AM. the unit it turns on then when tv runs through ,gets to source for connection ,unit turns off. What is going on

Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our Xumo box, I'm happy to help! To clarify, does the Xumo box power on automatically when you power your TV on? Then it's powering back off before the TV fully boots up?

I went to xumo website to get help because Spectrum could not help with my issue. I could not contact Xumo because I select their 24/7chat and it does nothing like there Xumo box. Just bought the box a couple months ago and may have watched 2 to 3 times and now it will do nothing. Did all the resets with Spectrum but it did not change anything. Light is on the box but no one home. Just a blank screen. Is there a phone # I can call?

There are several things to try:
One note, if you purchased a XUMO from a retail store, (not Spectrum), Spectrum can't help with that. You would have to return the XUMO to the store if it is still under warranty to get a refund. What you can do is unplug any Xumo whether from Spectrum or not, and change the HDMI pkug to a different port on your TV. Plug the XUMO back in and allow it to boot.
If this does not solve the issue or it comes back, you will need to factory reset your XUMO box:
To factory reset your device:
- Open Settings.
- Select System Management.
- Select Resets & Updates and enter your parental control PIN if necessary.
- Follow the onscreen prompts until you see the screen go black.
- Once the factory settings are restored, you will need to go through reactivating your Xumo Stream Box.
You will need to rent a XUMO box from Spectrum for help with these steps. If you have a XUMO box from Spectrum call them if the above steps don't work, and say, "I need help with factory resetting or re-activating my XUMO box." By renting a XUMO from Spectrum, they can at least send out a tech if the phone processes don't bring your XUMO back to top performance.
