Webmail works, all other ways in stopped at 8:20am yesterday

Support #1 said "too bad, take it up with support of your software", wasn't interested at all. Tried two chats. All they keep wanting to do is worry about webmail. Webmail works. Can't get in using BlueMail, Mail, Thunderbird despite ALL those working 2/10 morning and we changed NOTHING. Tried redoing all connections on all three softwares, phone and pc. Still keep getting error: login to server (servername) with (username) failed. Used mail.twc.com and mail.brighthouse.com servers. Nada.
Had an issue about 10 days ago where email stopped and they had done server reconfiguration and blew me away…3 calls to finally get a person who knew what was going on (2 lied and said they eliminated email services). HELP!

All was set up correctly and stopped working mid morning 2/10. 3 different apps, 2 on phones one on PC. So something changed. Since then I've called, chatted etc. and you guys don't get my issue at all. I've reconfigured/reset/removed and re set up your email in every possible manner and it doesn't work. You guys created a new userid due to your removal of the old webmail a couple weeks ago. I'm thinking something is wrong with it with permissions or something…or you made a change yesterday. Please refer this to someone who knows email/email servers and protocols. Continually pointing me to webmail or server settings is NOT the solution…thanks!

Support in Orlando (consistently get great help in this center) were told there might be an issue and to document new cases, of which I am one. Stay tuned.
