Is there an easier way to sort my Filter Rules for emails?

Before the change to the webmail interface, if I wanted to move a filter up or down in the list, all I had to do was to left click on the up or down arrow and move the mouse up or down until I reached the desired position in the list. Now, I can only move the filter one slot at a time. I have quite a few filters and this is cumbersome. Is there a way to move the filters multiple slots without multiple mouse clicks?

    Thank you for reaching out to us about organizing your filters. You should be able to left click on the filter in question and move it to the desired position. Please let us know if this helps out. - Lyn

    No, that didn't work. It used to on the old webmail but now I can only move the filter up or down one position. Here's a screenshot. If I click on the down arrow it moves it down one slot, the up arrow moves it up one slot. If I try to drag it like I could in the old webmail, it doesn't do anything. Please clarify your answer if I am misunderstanding your suggestion.
