Missing recorded programs

New to Xumo. Several times now, recorded series episodes are missing when attempting playback. No apparent error or msg. Very unreliable and frustrating. Any helpful explanations ?

    Hello @PDB;

    I can understand the frustration of not being able to play a program. The playback of recorded programs can be affected by the quality of the internet. I reviewed the logs of the Spectrum TV app and it did show that you had some quality problems with the internet. I analyzed your modem and it is online with a good cable signal. I logged into the Spectrum router and optimized the network to see if it helps with the streaming you have been having.

    For the missing episodes, can you explain a little more on what is happening?

    Thankyou for your response and efforts on our behalf. We get intermittent pixelated video on playback as well. Speed check in main viewing room reads ~850mps. Is this enough?

    We have had two missed recordings. First was on Fox News and a series recording. Previous and later recordings have been OK. Second, recent, was on PBS. Also a series. previous and following shows recorded OK.
