Thank you for bringing this to our attention! I am sorry to hear that your device is prompting you to set up voicemail. To better understand the situation and assist, I just have a few questions for you. When you transferred your account, did you obtain or purchase a new device? In my own experience, phone transfers can sometimes prompt a new voicemail pin setup for a new device.

Thanks for your response. No. Not a new device. Not aware of any software upgrade at time loss occurred. Using iPhone 15 Pro iOS 18.3.1.

Just curious:
- Is that an audible prompt from dial-in voicemail or is it a visual prompt from the Voicemail tab in the Phone app?
- What stopped working? Dial-in voicemail or Visual Voicemail or both?
- In Phone app settings, do you see a "Change Voicemail Password" setting having no red flags? And if you hit that, does it say "Enter a new voicemail password" without any red flags to suggest no existent password is acknowledged?
