Dvr playback issues

Some of my recordings will not resume after pausing. Rebooted everything…still messed up.

Thank you for reaching out to us about the concerns you have encountered with the playback option once you have paused the recording. I am very sorry this is happening. How long have you noticed this? Is this impacting both boxes? Are you receiving an error message? -Lyn

we’ve noticed it from the start of service about a year ago. It’s just become so annoying now. I recorded the Oscars, paused it and now it won’t resume. I’ve unplugged dump/modem and Wi-Fi. Still won’t resume.
