Setup password

in Spectrum Mobile

ever since we hooked up to spectrum two weeks our ring cameras have been off-line. I’m trying to connect and it continuously says wrong passcode. We are currently in the spectrum startup and I need to know how to rectify the problem. I cannot get to the setup password to see if that’s the problem.

    Welcome to our Community Forums! Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with our internet connection on your Ring devices. I'm happy to help! Are you using the Spectrum wireless router? Or do you have your own router connected? Are you able to connect other devices to your wifi using the same wireless password?
