Is Spectrum aware of the 'Automatic Content Management (ACM)' bugs present in 3.18(4.165709911)

Continue to experience issues with this app clearing preferences, favorites, and watchlist upon refresh of guide data.
Build date (3/15)
macOS 15.4 PB 3 - pre-dates beta testing.
Wired 1Gb AppleTV 4K 18.4
Is Spectrum working on this multi-year bug? Have they connected with Apple to determine the cause?
Do we have a timeline on when this could be fixed for good?

Hello @JayAppleTV;
I can understand the frustration of the preferences not being saved on Apple devices. Our engineers are working on correcting issues with ACM on Apple devices. I do not have a timeframe on when this repair will be completed.

Quick update, version 3.20.1 (4.173915908) build date 4/3/2025 with tvOS 18.4 installed.
Initially I had high hopes because the app retained our data longer than before, it's unclear if the latest tvOS, allowing for background downloads, and other storage improvements resolve it, or are related to solving this.
We were disappointed to discover our settings reset again, showing a new error code: ALP-1001.
Sadly it's very difficult to capture screen recordings of these events, as Quicktime using the Apple TV as a source is broken.
Each time our settings are reset the app whether just opened or returning "glitches" as it attempts to reload program data. I suspect's not reconciling differences correctly and it's wiping out preference data.
To provide context, I'm using a wired connection. I have attempted multiple times deleting the app and its data, to no avail.
Looking forward to a fix here.0
