Missing channels
I'm missing 2 channels, it's been several weeks now. I get the "One Moment Please this channel should be available shortly"

As it's been several weeks, you can bet your bottom dollar that you'll need to get a field tech out there to test and inspect the overall integrity of your overall coaxial cabling and connections et c. and replace and re-terminate what needs be before even more channels become untunable.
The RF ingress that you'll get, particularly in the FM radio broadcast band, from a little nick or squirrel-chew to the coaxial cable or an age/weather-compromised coupling will only grow as time goes by.

You can also try restarting the cable box by unplugging it from the power source and plugging it back in after at least 30 seconds. Let us know if the issue continues.
