Disney Duo will not activate

I have tried to order the upgrade to Disney Duo several times. The orders accepted and reads you'll have your service in 24 hours. Hulu NEVER activates. It has been months and each support agent has said something different. Has anyone else had this problem? How do I resolve it?

Hello! I do apologize for the issues you are having with adding the Disney Duo bundle.
I was able to find your account with your community login and see your account should be able to get the bundle.
Unfortunately this is not something we can activate/add from here. The best option would be to call in to 1-855-707-7328 to speak with customer service to see what they can do.
