Disney Duo & Hulu App

I subscribed to the Disney Duo bundle for an additional $1. This weekend I attempted to use the Hulu app for the first time. I cannot log into it with my Spectrum email account. I am successfully logged into Disney + with my Spectrum account, but not Hulu.
Is there an issue with the Hulu app and Spectrum?

Since DIsney+ and Hulu both use the same login system, you should be able to use the same login information. When activating the offer and linking your Spectrum account, you should have been prompted to create a My Disney account, that information should translate over to Hulu as well. Are you getting a specific error message when trying to log in to Hulu?

Sorry about that. Was the Disney account an existing account? If so, have you tried deactivating the old account on the Disney account malmanagement page, and then creating a new account? It sounds like the credentials were not updated on the Disney side to recognize that you have added Hulu.
You will typically need to use a different email, and then register again using the updated credentials in order to have a new credential that will recognize your updated subscription.
