has anyone had this problem? Over a year ago got rid of boxes and got dumps. We sign up for a lease to own, because it’s only $60 and 12 months it pays for itself. A little after a year called them and found out I’m still on a lease and not to own. Went to the store I signed up with and they said there’s nothing they can do

In reviewing your account, the Xumo devices are shown as a monthly service option which would mean the $5 charge would continue each month for each device until that equipment is returned. This covers support, technician visits and replacement options of the device and remote through us. If you intend to purchase the equipment, this can still be done for $20 on each device, which is based on how long the device has been under the monthly service fee model. You can give us a call at 855-707-7328 to switch these to purchased devices and they would become yours with the charges appearing on your next bill.

we were lied to by the spectrum store salesmen. To get rid of our old 2 boxes we were told to switch to Xumo. I said I’ll buy both 60 dollars apiece. He said lease to own because if there’s a problem spectrum replaces them and you own them after 12 months. Went to that store last night and they said on the contract there was unknown for the salesman. Definitely something wrong. I believe in honest people. Maybe I’m old school

thank you! Called the number and customer service listen to everything I said. She had it resolved in 5 minutes. Much better than talking to customer service yesterday. Definitely keeping this number with my paperwork! Thanks again for the quick response and the number
