Cloud DVR recordings skipping

Anyone else have their cloud recordings "Skipping" like mine did last night on Gold Rush?? I tried re-recording them again in the middle of the night and the skipping issue occurred again.

    Hello,

    Try rebooting your modem and than your router, see if that solves the problem. Are you trying to record through the Spectrum app or Spectrum.net? Test to see if the problem with Gold Rush occurs after rebooting the modem and router, and trying to record the show on a different device. Try to record another program after the rebooting of equipment on a different channel than Gold Rush. Now try to record another program on the same channel as Gold Rush and post back the results.
