my guide just shows To be announced for my local channels and has for the last month. Can it be fixed?

    First step is to reboot your box. Turn off everything and unplug the box for one minute. Turn everything on, and allow the box to reboot.

    If "To be announced" still shows for those channels, call Spectrum and ask Spectrum to send a "signal refresh" to your equipment, This is "a higher level of reboot' that tries to reauthorize the equipment. If that fails, a service call may be needed to be set up by the rep.
