Anyone know why our cable tv service guide goes to the mini guide ? We have to reboot the box to get the normal guide back. We have 2 boxes and it does this randomly.

    Hello @skiatl;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. The Mini Guide can display when the cable box is having trouble communicating with our network. Rebooting the cable box can help reconnect it with our network. I have sent signals to your cable box that may help with the configurations of the cable box. If you continue to see it coming up then it maybe an issue with the cable box and you may want to try replacing the cable box.
