How are you watching TV? Just to clarify, is this through the Spectrum app? Can you test through another device in the home (cable box? DVR? XUMO streaming box? Internet?) to see if channel 306 is active? Any new services added or changes to the account? Have you rebooted the equipment? is this a new account?
Sometimes it can take about 48 hours for online services to activate.
