How to retrieve email password

I can not find or change my email password.

    Hello and welcome @domar090,

    On our email site, at the bottom of the login page there is a link "Forgot Email Password?". Clicking this will begin the process to reset your email password. You'll need to provide the email address and other account specific information in order to proceed.

    Good evening, @ainsleet25_ ! This sounds like a communication issue between the Spectrum TV app and the internet equipment. It should not be asking you to log in while you're at your residence. Please unscrew the coaxial cable and unplug the power from the back of the modem as well as unplug the power from the back of the router. While those are powering up restart any device using the Spectrum TV app. Let us know if the problem continues after that's been completed.

    I have tried this numerous times. Because my TV is telling me I must reset my PW. It dirn’t work
