Apps not available on Xumo

We switched to Xumo in April and thought we could retire Firestick but so far there are 3 apps we visit regularly that are not available on Spectrum Xumo: Rakuten Viki, Metopera and PBS Passport (which is available on Xfinity Xumo and I see that someone else wrote about this previously).

    Why does Xumo limit us to download only their apps and does not allow others? I want to have the apps that are used by our local stations, NewsCenterMaine, VeryLocal, for instance
