    Thank you for reaching out and brining this to our attention. I was able to access your account using the email you provided during registration for this platform. Having said that, I am not showing an email went out. Can you possibly confirm the email that sent it?

    The email is likely not legitimate. If the sender comes from another tampabay.rr.com email address, that would not be from us directly. We also don't request confirmation for changes to terms of service that were already agreed to when starting service, instead changes are included with billing statements and continuing to use the service after the notice is considered consent to any changes.

    I was not able to forward the exact email received as it is .eml. The complete text of the email is in my post with my name XXXX. I believe this is a very clever phishing attempt as the email definitely looks like it came from tampabay.rr.com. The link goes to:
