Having Trouble Self-Selecting TV Choice Lineup.

I am a new subscriber to TV Choice and was informed that, within the first 30 days, I can change my lineup an unlimited number of times until I find the one that works best for me. However, I’m having trouble doing this myself. I followed the provided instructions, but I keep receiving an error message (see photo). I have called to report the issue, but the agents keep telling me to call in and let them make the changes for me. I find this inconvenient, as I want to try all the channels to see which ones I like and don’t like. How can I get this escalated to technical support so they can fix the issue? Phone support doesn’t seem to understand the problem.
