Wifi access points

it seems like my wifi on my phone use to kick on when I was in town. Now it won't hardly connect at all. Have done numerous steps to try and fix this per customer service but still the same problem. Could something be wrong with the access points?

    I'm sorry for the trouble using our access points. Are you near one of the access points listed at https://www.spectrum.com/internet/wifi-access-points? If you go into your phones WiFi settings can you see the network listed in range?

    it shows spectrum mobile in wifi settings but won't connect

    Hello @Nan24;

    I would recommend you try restarting the phone. This can help reset the network settings on your phone and it may connect to WIFI networks better. It would also be helpful to know if you can access other WIFI networks.
