Call blocking.

Is there a way to block a number, that spams me almost everyday? It's from capital recovery, my goodness they leave voice after voicemail. They use the same number over and over again (not very creative). I know I don't owe any business, other than my utilities, and I pay them on time. I got call guard on, spam guard too. I would like to able to block this number. The number shows up as spam; I would love to block it if at possible.

    Hi @Mac41l

    I'm happy to help you with spam blocking for our phone service!

    1. Using Your Device, save the number you wish to block:
      • Go to the Contacts app.
      • Select the contact you want to block.
      • Look for the option to block the number in the contact settings.
    2. Using Spectrum.net:
      • Sign in to your Spectrum account.
      • Navigate to the Services section and select the Mobile tab.
      • Look for options to manage and block contacts.
    3. Using the My Spectrum App:
      • Open the app and sign in.
      • Go to the Mobile section and find settings for blocking contacts.

    On the app it has blocked numbers, but no entries, and no way to add a number to block.
