    To update everyone, all of the added Disney Networks should now be live as of the end of September for all eligible customers. If you have any issues, please let us know.

    I’m wondering the same thing. My other question about this is whether these channels will return to their former channel numbers.

    Good Evening,

    I don't think that Spectrum can give an exact date, but I just Googled and the return of those stations is part of the Disney+/Hulu deal. The plan is that they will be part of Spectrum TV Select and higher service levels. The stations inquired within are:

    Disney Jr., Disney XD, Freeform, FXX, FXM, Nat Geo Wild, Nat Geo Mundo, and BabyTV—to its lineup as part of an expanded agreement with The Walt Disney Company.

    Spectrum does a great job of categorizing their networks, so those stations should be at the old locations (or very close to them.) The mods will probably make an Announcement in that part of the forum when the launch occurs.

    I am looking forward to their return! This shows both companies commitments to quality family-oriented programing.

    I noticed this morning that Disney Junior and Disney XD were back. Haven’t seen the other channels yet though. Looks like the channels will gradually be back

    update on my earlier post, Freeform, FXX, Nat Geo Wild , Nat Geo Mundo and FX Movie Channel are back as well. For my lineup they are:

    FXX-109, Nat Geo Wild-115, Freeform-122, Disney Jr-254, Disney XD-265, FX movie Channel-632, Nat Geo Mundo-931

    Thanks Eric!

    If you have one of Spectrum's newest guides (i.e Spectrum Guide or Xumo Streaming box) those channels will general lyshow up within a couple of days to weeks. Recommend for mods to leave this post open so that people can post when those channels come back to their service area.

    Hello @GordonDupont24,

    Thank you for your question. Satch is correct. Select Disney network channels are expected to return as part of a new Hulu offer in the Fall of 2025.

    Still no on demand or app access yet. Hopefully these are coming soon. The channels are live in pinellas county, Florida.

    Hey all,

    Due to this being a national rollout I expect a faster transition than one would have for individual networks in select markets. App and On Demand uses a separate technology from the base channels so it may take some additional time to connect the Internet communications, on which On Demand/apps are based to Spectrum's servers.

    Should I get a Xumo box to receive them sooner?

    Hi Gordon,

    Switching to a XUMO steaming box likely won't change anything. That is a very different experience (streaming TV vs. cable TV) and there is a learning curve from a traditional box or DVR if you are not familiar with streaming. The channels will hit the guides at about the same time. If there is a time duration difference, which I doubt, it would only be a matter of days. It wouldn't even be more than a week. Channel upgrades are based on when markets gets the channels, not on equipment or guides being used.

    I don't see it in Los Angeles yet, but I'm going to see it. I know the Legacy TWC channel lineup will be the same as it was for most networks before they were dropped. Do you have the ETA for when it will arrive in the west?

    Hello @Fourscopes;

    Welcome to the Community Forums. We do not have an estimate on when each area will add the channels but it should be soon.

    Question,

    For those of you that got the Disney-owned channels back, do you remember if they are in their old channel numbers?

    As for when, y'all should gage your expectations according to nothing but what the Spectrum rep's have to say as well as perhaps the Disney Relaunch notices publication progress.

    P.S.: For anybody memorially fixated upon the phrase "by the fall," note that, as Jilliana has inferred, that does not necessarily mean before fall (think about it.)

    Satch, pretty sure the channels are on the same 3 digit numbers they were back in 2023. The only difference is that they weren’t put back in the channels 2-99 range. For example in 2023 Freeform was on Channels 31 and 122 on my lineup. Now Freeform is only on channel 122 while 31 is still not being used.

    I am in the Atlanta area and got a note on my TiVo that the following channels were being added last week:

    61-Freeform HD / 84 - FXX HD / 121 - Disney XD HD / 122 - Disney Jr HD / 135 - Nat Geo Wild HD / 159 - FX Movie HD and 234 - Nat Geo Mundo HD.

    These are NOT the same channels they were on before. Most were run the 800-range. Even though I got the message from TiVo early last week, the channels have not gone live in my market yet.

    Any reason Massachusetts, New York , Pennsylvania have them when the rest of us don't?

    Hello @GordonDupont24;

    I can understand the frustration of waiting for the channels to return. We are working on updating all our systems to include the channels again. Many parts of the country have already received them and we are still working on the rest. It should be soon.

    Hello @GordonDupont24;

    I can understand the frustration on waiting for them to return. We are working on adding the channels back in each local system and it is taking time to complete. Hopefully it will be soon but I do not have a timeframe on when it will be available.
