How can I lock my mobile phone Number, SIM card, or mobile account from theft

Clark Howard recently telecast how thiefs are stealing SIM card phone numbers and the contacting phone service provider to change service. Then when there is 2 step verification using test msg to phone, the intercept and steal persons authorization.

    Welcome to the Community Forums. I can understand the concern about protecting your phone number from thieves. We do have an option to lock your Mobile phone from Fraud.

    You can call our Mobile team at 1-833-224-6603​​​​​ to set it up.
