Good Evening! Welcome to the Spectrum Forums!

Are you using a cable box? XUMO streaming box? The Spectrum app? Or some other device? In all cases, you would need to change the Guide Filters that show the channels in the Time Grid from the current filter to show "All Channels." The types of filtering can vary with the software, and how to get to the filters depends on the type of box or type of access you have for your on screen guide. Filters could be something like:

    Subscribed Channels

    Favorite Channels

    Alphabetical Channels (A-Z)

    *All Channels.

If you are running the Spectrum Guide, see the option for "Guide" on this page here at this link and review step 3 for Guide Filtering:

If you have a different guide configuration like a Xumo box, please respond to this post with that information, and we can assist with how to enable "All Channels" in the Time Grid for that specific hardware.
