How to get spectrum off my smart phone

When the gentleman ,after setting up my internet service, asked me if i wanted it on my phone too,I said yes. Didn't know if he could do that since I didn't set up for this service. Now I can't use my phone. I have to unlock my phone and use a password. The password I used no longer works so basically I can't use my phone except to get calls.How do I fix this where I don't have to use this service?

    I'm not showing you're using our mobile service. For issues with your mobile device, you would need to contact your current mobile provider or the device manufacturer for assistance.

    The technician put it on my phone when he installed my internet service even though I don't have a spectrum phone. Now I can't get it off which means I can't use my phone.

    @rmary841920,

    If you're referring to either the My Spectrum app or Spectrum TV app, these can be uninstalled, but would not have any impact on using your mobile device. If you're referring to the phone being connected to your home internet, this would be under your wifi settings on the device, but also wouldn't impact phone usage. Are you able to provide more detail on what you're referring to?

    The person who set up my spectrum internet also set up my mobile cell phone, which isn't spectrum. When I lost spectrum internet and my home phone connection, I tried to set up an account using my cell phone to call spectrum. Not realizing the tech couldn't put spectrum on my phone, I now can't use it. It's locked and I have to use a password. The password doesn't work and of course, they don't have an account shown. I've called spectrum, Tracfone and Galaxy and no one can help me. Only use for my phone is calls coming in.

    Can you provide some more information on what app you are trying to access? If you are able to provide a screenshot then that can help us look into your concerns.

    P.P.S.: I can't think of any setting set and/or app installed in the past that would later affect the lock-screen unlock PIN and/or password and/or "pattern" and/or biometric.
